Jagran correspondent, Mathura. The heart-wrenching incident of suicide by electrocution after killing his wife and three children was telling about Manish's dreadful intentions. It is believed that after returning from his in-laws' house at eight o'clock on Monday night, Manish had decided on the method of murder. The entire incident is believed to have taken approximately four and a half hours. However, no such suspicious item was found in the kitchen of the house, which could lead to the belief that the wife and children were given any drug mixed in their food.
The deceased's elder brother and minor nephew were the first to see the spot of death of the entire family in Khapparpur on Monday night. The body of elder daughter Honey was lying on the cot in front of the entrance of the room, while on the bed were the bodies of the wife and two children. Manish's body was near the fridge next to the door.
According to the dead bodies and evidence lying at the spot, Manish first killed his wife Seema after his wife and three children were in deep sleep. He hit his sleeping wife hard on her head with an iron pestle. From the blood scattered on the bed, it seems that Seema struggled a bit, but due to the depth of the injury, she could not protest. It is also believed that when the wife became unconscious after being hit on the head, she was also strangled with a rope. The iron mortar was lying near the bed.
After killing his wife, Manish strangled the three children one by one with a rope. The rope was of nylon, which was lying near the cot. After killing all four, he wrote on the wall with a pen and then wrote a suicide note on the medical college doctor's prescription. It seems from the handwriting that he was very nervous.
After this he wrote the entire story on three pages of the diary. He looked normal while recording the video on his mobile at 4.25 in the morning. After making the video, he sat next to the fridge and held both the current wires in both his hands. He died within a few minutes. When the deceased's brother Sudhir reached the room, there was no electricity.
No mention of children in suicide note
Before committing suicide, Manish wrote three suicide notes and made a video, but there is no mention of children in any of them. It was written again and again that I, Manish and Seema died willingly. Not mentioning children in the suicide note is also raising questions. Police say that the handwriting of the suicide note will be examined.
