Dialogue Associate, Ladwa (Kurukshetra). There was a head-on collision between a three wheeler and a pickup late Saturday evening on the Ladwa-Pipli road. The three wheeler driver died in the accident, while two people traveling in the pickup were injured.
As soon as the information was received, the team of Dial-112 reached the spot and took possession of the dead body and sent it to the government hospital of Ladwa. Investigating officer ASI Suresh Kumar said that the deceased has been identified as Rajesh, resident of Kailash Nagar, Kurukshetra. He was going to Kurukshetra from Ladwa in a three wheeler carrying tomatoes.
At the same time, there was another person along with the driver in the pickup coming from Kurukshetra, who was coming towards Ladwa with DJ's luggage. Meanwhile, both the vehicles collided head-on.
The pickup driver and others who were seriously injured in the accident have been admitted to the government hospital in Ladwa for treatment, where both are undergoing treatment. The police have conducted post-mortem of the body and handed it over to the family members. He said that a case has been registered against pickup driver Rajpal and action has been initiated.
