A Youngster died in a road accident. (Awakening)
Samvad Sutra, Karakat (Rohtas). A bike rider died in a collision between a tractor and a bike late on Sunday evening on Itimha-Sakala road near Kaupa village of the local police station area.
Deceased Ritesh Upadhyay was 25 year old son of Hareram Upadhyay, resident of Angra of Agiaon police station of Bhojpur district. After the incident, the driver managed to escape leaving the tractor behind. Police reached the spot after receiving the information and took the body to Sadar Hospital, Sasaram for post-mortem.
According to the villagers, the bike rider was going from Sakla towards Itimha when the tractor laden with fertilizer coming from the front went out of control and collided with the bike and overturned in the field on the roadside.
In this incident, the bike rider died on the spot. His bike has also been completely damaged. According to Police Station Head Vivek Kumar, further action is being taken by filing an FIR against the driver.
Dead body of youth recovered from Daidahan Badhar
A dead body was recovered on Sunday afternoon from Baha located in Badhar, north of Daidhaan village of the local police station area. As soon as the villagers saw the dead body, they informed the police.
As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, took the body into their custody and sent it to Sasaram for post-mortem. No wound marks were found anywhere on the body of the deceased.
Trainee DSP cum Police Station Head Sameer Kumar Singh said that the deceased is said to be Vikas Kumar (30), son of Garjan Singh, resident of Daidahan. The application regarding this has not yet been submitted by the family members of the deceased. At present, the police has started investigating the incident from its level.
