Jagran correspondent, Dehradun. Actress Urmila Sanawar, who exposed BJP leaders in the Ankita Bhandari murder case, has sought protection from SSP Dehradun. In the letter written to the SSP, she said that she has been actively working in the field of acting for 25 years.
Her husband Suresh Rathore revealed the Ankita Bhandari murder case to her through some recordings. The names of senior BJP leaders and some other VIPs were revealed in the recording. Now his life is in danger and the police have also formed a SIT and are harassing him, whereas he is ready to fully cooperate with the police.
Despite this, the police is coming to arrest him, hence he needs police protection. Whoever is the culprit in this case should be investigated at a high level. If anything happens to them, Uttarakhand Police and BJP leaders will be responsible for it.
