Jagran oil being sold in the market

While there is enthusiasm among the people about Holi, due to the inaction of the Food Safety and Drug Administration, the sale of mustard oil in the open is putting people's health at risk. In the last one year, five samples taken for mustard oil were also found to be sub-standard. Despite this, mustard oil is not being tested at present.
Apart from mustard oil and refined from various companies, Khula Refined (Palm Oil) is currently being sold at the price of Rs 135 to Rs 155 per kg at the grocery stores at Laiya Mandi, Gur Mandi, Lakhpedabagh, Dhanokhar, Railway Station, Dussehra Bagh and other places in the city. Mustard oil with guaranteed purity is being sold at Rs 172 to Rs 225 per kg.

Senior doctor Dr. Rajesh Kushwaha says that using black mustard oil can cripple a person. Mental weakness also occurs. Avoid using. Using palm oil increases cholesterol in the human body and increases the risk of heart attack.
In view of Holi, a team has been formed by the Food Safety and Drug Administration. Raiding campaign will be conducted in shops. Mustard oil samples are also taken.
