In Varanasi, Land Was Grabbed By Pretending That A Married Person Was Unmarried, Case Filed Against Vinayak Group Director.

Jagran correspondent, Varanasi. Land fraud was done by showing a married person as unmarried. Making this allegation, Mita Devi of Sikraul of Cantt police station area has filed a case in the Cantt police station against seven people including Vinayak Group director Sarvesh Aggarwal. The police is investigating the matter

Meeta Devi told in the police complaint that her husband Khellan Yadav had died in the year 1992. At that time the son was six months old. After the death of her husband, the status of the documents could not be clarified due to lack of information about the land and property. When the son grew up, while getting the land documents corrected, the fraud regarding two Biswa ancestral land located in Sikraul was revealed.

Information was received that on September 8, 2005, the accused Sarvesh Agarwal, resident of Varuna Garden, Central Jail Road, his wife Sushma Agarwal, sister Anantha Agarwal, Abha Ganesh Gupta, Vimla Dilkush, Lallan and Jungle, residents of Sikraul, got the deed of land of Khellan Yadav done in a fake manner by showing him as unmarried. After this, in the year 2008, Sushma Agarwal, wife of Sarvesh Agarwal, transferred the deed of the said land to Anantha Agarwal in the name of Vinayaka Construction Firm. Anantha Agarwal is the sister of Sarvesh Agarwal.

It is alleged that with the aim of giving legal form to the illegal deeds, in the year 2021, Anantha Aggarwal, on behalf of Vinayaka Nirman, made the deeds in the name of Ekta Yadav, wife of Krishna Yadav. Earlier in the year 2002, deeds were also done in the names of Umesh Singh and Rajesh Singh through Vinayaka Nirman.

In this, fake documents were prepared by replacing the Pattidar with another person. Pattidar Amarnath Yadav had lodged an FIR against the accused in the Cantt police station in May 2023, but a compromise was reached under pressure. On October 26, 2024, Sarvesh Aggarwal's associates also threatened him.

In this regard, Cantt Inspector Shivakant Mishra said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. The matter is being investigated, whatever facts emerge in the investigation, further action will be taken accordingly.
