TasteAtlas ranked Indian cuisine 13th, with a score of 4.43 out of 5. Indian cuisine is known for its balance of spices, slow cooking and the unique combination of sweet, sour and salty elements. This ranking of TasteAtlas is proof that the unique flavors of India are being liked all over the world.

Italian cuisine tops the global cuisine list with a score of 4.64, thanks to its easy and ingredient-driven dishes. Popular items like Pizza Napoletana (4.8) and Parmigiano Reggiano (4.7) continue to define Italy's global appeal.

After this, Greek cuisine is in second place with a score of 4.6. It has been praised for dishes such as Finiki Laconias (4.8) and Fava Santorinis (4.7). Peruvian cuisine ranked third with 4.54, recognized for dishes such as salsa ocopa (4.8) and the popular pollo a la brasa. The top 15 list includes Italy, Greece, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Turkey, China, France, Indonesia, Mexico, Serbia, India, Poland and USA.
