Education Desk, New Delhi. There is big news for more than 13 lakh students waiting for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 result. The result was to be released by the National Testing Agency today i.e. on 12th February but now it has been changed. While giving the result update by tweeting, NTA has shared the information that now the result (JEE Main Session-1 Result) will be declared on 16 February 2026. The results will be released online on the official website of NTA jeemain.nta.nic.in from where all the students will be able to check the result by entering the login credentials.

Toppers list will also be released along with the results.

Along with the release of the result, the top list/rank list will also be released by the National Examination Agency. Along with this, the list of students who have secured 100 percentile will also be released. In last year's session, 14 students had secured 100 percentile. Along with this, the final answer key will also be made available by NTA along with the results.

Once the results are released, you will be able to download the scorecard in just 4 steps.

Let us tell you that the Session 1 exam was conducted on 21, 22, 23, 24, 28 and 29 January in which more than 13 lakh students had participated. Let us tell all the students that after the completion of session 1 exam, applications for session 2 have been started by NTA which will continue till 25th February. In such a situation, interested students can fill the form for this examination on the scheduled dates. Candidates who score top 2.5 lakh rank in the exam will qualify for JEE Advanced.
