Jagran correspondent, Noida. A lot of filth was found in a cloud kitchen located in Sector-104 Hajipur in Noida.
The Public Health Department team of Noida Authority found that inside the same freezer, meat-mutton, peas and gravy masala were crammed in the open and dirt was spread all around. The authority has imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh.
At the same time, according to the information received, the authority team had inspected Aditi Kitchen Venture Limited located in Hajipur. The team found many shortcomings here. Here the kitchen did not have a contract with any agency for disposal of waste. Food waste was being thrown into the drain.
Single use plastic is completely banned in Noida area, yet it was being used here. Meat and other manure materials were kept in very dirty condition. In such a situation, a fine of Rs 1 lakh has been imposed on the kitchen for violating several rules.

The team also made people in the market aware to stop using single use plastic.
