Jagran correspondent, Meerut. The troubles of Paras Som, the main accused in the Kapsaad case, are going to increase. Police is preparing to take custody remand of Paras Som. The application has been prepared. Paras will be taken on remand and the ax used in the murder and the pistol used in the kidnapping will be recovered. On the other hand, Ruby's family is also troubled by the police patrol in Kapsaad. Brother Narsi says that due to more police presence at home, he is not able to do his work. Ruby is not able to meet family and relatives.
On the other hand, Ruby and Paras are saying different things. According to Paras, Ruby was pressurizing her to leave the village. However, Ruby has accused him of kidnapping her at gunpoint.
On January 8, while going to the fields from Kapsad village, Paras Som had murdered Sunita and kidnapped her daughter Ruby. Leaders of the ruling party and the opposition had created a ruckus over the recovery of the girl. On the third day, the police arrested Paras from the train at Chudiyala railway station in Haridwar and recovered Ruby.
In her statement given in the court, Ruby had told that Paras Som had kidnapped her at gunpoint. The police had handed over Ruby to her relatives. Since then Ruby has been kept under police guard at home. CO Ashutosh Kumar told that Paras Som had used an ax in the murder of Sunita and a pistol in the kidnapping of Ruby.
Both the weapons could not be recovered from Paras. Paras will be taken on remand and both the weapons will be recovered. For this, a remand application has been prepared in Sardhana police station. Soon the application will be filed in the court. Paras's advocate Sanjeev Rana said that the petition filed for the minor will be heard on January 22. All the evidence has been collected so that Paras can be taken out of the district jail and sent to a juvenile home.

Paras Som told the lawyers in jail that he had a love affair with Ruby. It was Ruby who was pressurizing her to leave the village. Even before January 8, both of them had talked about running away from the village. It was only after Ruby's signal that he followed her into the field. Ruby was not shown the gun, rather she had gone of her own free will.
