Lamborghini Accident: Businessman Said- Son Unconscious And Admitted In Delhi Hospital, Police Said- Present Yourself

Businessman KK Mishra claimed that driver Mohan, not his son, was driving the car.

After a case was registered against Shivam Mishra in the Lamborghini car accident, his father tobacco businessman KK Mishra reached Gwalatoli police station with his lawyer on Tuesday. Claimed that the car was being driven by driver Mohan and not his son. Shivam was injured in the accident. He is unconscious and admitted in a Delhi hospital.

However, Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal reiterated on the basis of camera footage and statements of eyewitnesses that Shivam was driving the car. The Police Commissioner said that the tobacco businessman has been asked to produce his son. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also spoke to the Police Commissioner on Tuesday and said that strict action should be taken against whoever is guilty.

The traffic police has released CCTV footage of the incident, which shows that the bouncers who had come down from the other car after the accident, ran and pulled Shivam down from the driving seat of the Lamborghini. Meanwhile, on Tuesday itself, an application was submitted on behalf of driver Mohan in the court of ACJM-7, in which he accused the police of harassing him and demanded that he be taken into judicial custody. An application has also been made to release the car. The court has sought reports from the police on both the applications. Hearing will be held on Wednesday.

The house of Krishna Kumar Mishra (KK Mishra), owner of Banshidhar Tobacco Group, is in Aryanagar. He also has a house in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. His son Shivam Mishra was going through VIP Road in a Lamborghini Revolto car with Delhi registration number (DL 11 CF 4018) on Sunday.

A car collided with an auto and Bullet parked on the roadside near Bhairoghat intersection at around 2 pm. Five-six bouncers and the police present in the accompanying car took Shivam Mishra out of the car. Earlier it was reported that Bullet riders Vishal Tripathi and Sonu Tripathi were injured, but according to the police they were not injured. Only Taufiq Ahmed has swelling in his left leg.

On Tuesday afternoon, at around 1.15 pm, KK Mishra along with his lawyer Dharmendra Singh Dharmu reached Gwalatoli police station and told the journalists that there was some fault in the car, which was rectified by the mechanic who had come from outside on Saturday. On Sunday, Shivam and driver Mohan had gone for the trial of the car. While returning, Shivam's health deteriorated. When he started dozing off, Mohan, who was driving the car, tried to handle Shivam with one hand.

Meanwhile, the car slowed down and was hit by the tempo from behind. Due to this the car collided with the bike. Due to the accident, the left mirror and door of the car got locked. The security guards took Shivam out from the driving seat. On the allegations of car overspeeding and Shivam being drunk, KK Mishra said that no one in the family drinks alcohol. According to news agency PTI, Shivam is suffering from epilepsy.
