The incident happened at nine o'clock in the night. 45-year-old Satyabhan Yadav was eating dinner with his relatives at his home. It is alleged that during this time, Suratram Yadav and Arun from the village along with their friends entered the house. First they beat everyone with sticks. Then when he protested, a bullet was fired at Satyabhan, which hit him in the head. Due to which he died. After this the accused fled from the spot. This incident created an outcry. Satyabhan's wife Radha, son Gulshan, Shivam, Lavkush, brother Rajpal and nephew Shivkumar were injured by the beating of the attackers.

Police reached the spot and sent everyone to the joint hospital. SP Rural Anuj Chaudhary and CO Shikohabad Arun Chaurasia arrived with the force. They raided the houses of the accused to catch them, but till late night no one was found. Radha told the police that there was a dispute going on between the two parties regarding a land of the forest department. Demarcation of the land was also done a few months ago. On Sunday night the other side suddenly became the attacker.
SSP Saurabh Dixit said that the matter of murder of a villager by entering his house has come to light. The investigation is still going on.
