Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue and District Registrar Sandeep Kumar Verma said that under Rule 4 of Uttar Pradesh Stamp (Valuation of Property) Rules 1997 (Third Amendment - 2015) Rules, the revision proposal of the currently prevalent valuation list/proposed valuation rate list issued by the District Magistrate/Collector to the sub-registrar offices of the district has been made available for public perusal.
The list will be available for perusal in the offices of the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue/District Registrar, Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Registration and all the concerned Deputy Registrar/Sub-District Magistrate and Tehsildar offices of the district) from January 30.
Told that objections and suggestions can be submitted till 5 pm on 10th February. The objections/suggestions are to be resolved on 16th February in the Collectorate Auditorium, in which all concerned will participate.
