Jagran correspondent, Sahibabad. The police has arrested the landlord who was absconding in the prostitution case going on in the house in Tulsi Niketal of Tilamod police station area.
Police had busted prostitution by raiding the house on December 12 and freed two women from the spot. Police have got important information from the arrested accused. After this the police can arrest other accused also.
ACP Shalimar Garden Atul Kumar Singh said that the arrested accused is Rakesh Kashyap, resident of LIG flat of Tulsi Niketan. He has admitted to conducting prostitution in his house. Let us tell you that a video was aired on X on 12th December.
In this video, a complaint was made that prostitution was being conducted in Tulsi Niketan. Police raided the spot and freed two women. During this time, Pradeep Singh, resident of Mansarovar Park, Delhi, was arrested.
Rakesh Kashyap, who is absconding in this case, has been arrested by the police on Wednesday. Rakesh told during police interrogation that he used to force women into prostitution by giving them various inducements. Booking of customers was done through WhatsApp.
