Jagran Team, Lucknow. On Saturday afternoon, near the broken wall of Rajajipuram D Block, the lover and girlfriend committed suicide by lying on the railway track. Both died after being hit by a train. On information from passersby, police arrived and took the body into custody. Investigation revealed that both of them got married before their death because the girl's maang was filled with vermilion.
Suicide notes were found in a bag lying near the track, in which he apologized to everyone and wrote that they cannot live without each other. Inspector Talkatora Kuldeep Singh said that the missing person of the girl was registered in Sushant Golf City police station. The case is being investigated.
Inspector said that the deceased youth was identified as 40 year old Suryakant, resident of Balda Colony, Nishatganj New Hyderabad, while the girl was identified as Deepali, 25 year old daughter of Amrendra Yadav, resident of Arjunganj Shahkheda. Investigation revealed that Suryakant and Deepali used to work together in a private office located in Sadar.
Suryakant looked after the field work, while Deepali was working as a cashier. Suryakant currently lived in a rented house in Neelmatha with his wife Savitakant and nine-year-old son Armaan. Suryakant's family consists of father Umakant and elder brother Chandrakant.
Deepali's family consists of father Amarendra Yadav, mother Babita and brother Harsh. Police investigation has revealed that Suryakant was married to Savita Kant, a resident of Nishatganj, in the year 2014. On the evening of last January 8, he had left his wife and son at his in-laws' house.
On the other hand, Deepali did not reach home on January 8, following which her family lodged a missing complaint at Sushant Golf City police station. According to Talkatora Inspector, prima facie the matter seems to be related to love affair. Diwali maang was found filled with vermilion at the spot. Both of them committed suicide by lying down on the railway track side by side in front of the train. Both of them apologized and wrote that they cannot live together.
Police found separate suicide notes in a bag found near the track. The young man wrote that we cannot be united. That's why they are sacrificing their lives. The girl apologized to the family and said that she loved her very much. That's why she is giving up her life after getting married.
