President Draupadi Murmu broke the security cordon and went to meet the people in Jamshedpur.

Jagran correspondent, Jamshedpur. The pinnacle of power and strict restrictions of protocol often create a wall between the common man and the highest office of the country, but on Thursday this wall was seen crumbling on the streets of Jamshedpur. The country's first citizen, President Draupadi Murmu, not only broke the protocol with her simplicity, but also won the hearts of thousands of people by walking on the streets of Baridih.

The shackles of protocol were broken, simplicity won

As soon as the President's convoy reached Baridih while returning after completing the program from Manipal Tata Medical College, the President could not stop herself after seeing the huge crowd eager to get a glimpse of her. She suddenly stopped her car and got down without caring about the security cordon. Within no time the entire area echoed with slogans of Draupadi Murmu Zindabad.
