Major Accident Averted In Punjab, Tires Of Tourist Bus Burst At Pathankot Chowk; Angry Mob Broke Glass

Communication partner, Jalandhar. Two tires of a tourist bus carrying passengers suddenly burst near Jalandhar-Pathankot Chowk. It is fortunate that there was no loss of life during the accident. After the tire burst, it took two to three hours to replace it, then suddenly the passengers started protesting and demanding money because of the excessive time.

When the driver returned the money to some passengers and gave time to some passengers to return the money, the passengers got angry and ransacked it and ran away from the spot, whose bus conductor Raja, a resident of Jammu, gave the information to the police of Station 8.

Bus conductor Raja, a resident of Jammu, told that he was going to Delhi after loading passengers from Jammu. As soon as he reached Pathankot Chowk, suddenly the axle of the vehicle broke and both the tires burst and the bus stopped on the way. It took two to three hours to repair the bus and the passengers were getting worried, due to which they paid some passengers and sent them to another bus and the remaining passengers also started asking for money.

Due to running out of money, they called the owner but when the owner did not pick up the call, the angry passengers vandalized all the glass and interior of the bus, after which everyone ran away. They complained about this to the police of Station 8 and the police started investigating.
