Dialogue thread, Madhan (Sambhal). The condition of several members of the same family deteriorated after eating cake purchased from a bakery in Asmoli police station area. The victim has accused the bakery operator of selling old cakes and playing with people's health and has demanded action from the police.
Vivek Chauhan, a resident of Dehri Jaggu village in the police station area, told that on the night of 31 December, he had gone to a bakery located in Madhan village to buy cakes for his family. While buying the cake, he had told the shopkeeper several times that the cake should be fresh and good, because everyone in the house would eat it.
It is alleged that the bakery operator was busy playing games on his mobile and without paying any attention, he handed over the cake which was kept for a long time. Vivek reached home with the cake, where all the family members ate it. Shortly after eating the cake, the condition of many people in the house suddenly started deteriorating.
The relative started complaining of vomiting and diarrhea, due to which there was chaos in the house. When his condition worsened, he was immediately taken for treatment. Got first aid there. Vivek Chauhan says that if treatment was not given on time, the situation could have become more serious.
Alleged that the bakery operator is cheating the people and playing with their health. Told that the bakery is located in Gupta Market at the intersection. A large number of people come there to buy food items. In such a situation, selling spoiled and old food items is serious negligence.
Madhan Chowki has given a complaint to the police demanding action against the bakery operator. Madhan outpost in-charge Satendra Singh said that a complaint has been received. The Food Inspector has been informed for necessary action. On the other hand, tried to contact the Food Department officials but they did not receive the call.
