State Bureau, Lucknow. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya has instructed the officials of the Rural Development Department to follow transparency in the implementation of development works and operation of schemes.
MNREGA ombudsmen have been asked to investigate the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. The Deputy Chief Minister has also given instructions to promote the Developed India Employment and Livelihood Guarantee Mission Rural (VB-Jiramji).
The Deputy Chief Minister said that there should be no violation of standards in the construction work, there should be continuous review and inspection by going through the feed. Complaints of irregularities should be investigated and action should be taken.
Following the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister, Commissioner Rural Development Department GS Priyadarshi has sent a letter to all the Chief Development Officers. In which the MNREGA Lokpal posted in the districts has been asked to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
