Jagran correspondent, Patiala. A young man died under suspicious circumstances in Kotwali Nabha area. When this young man, who had left home with his friends on the morning of 30 January, was released back, his health deteriorated and he was admitted to the hospital late in the evening, where he died.

He has been identified as Rahul (23), resident of Haridas Colony, Nabha. The police handed over the body of the youth to the family after conducting post-mortem. The family alleged that two of Rahul's friends had poisoned Ranjishan's son.

For this reason, Kotwali Nabha police has registered an FIR against the accused Monu and Gurdhyan Singh, resident of Haridas Colony, Nabha. Police station in-charge Saurav Sabharwal said that the accused Gurdhyan Singh has been arrested. After presenting him in the court, he will be taken on remand and the real cause of death will be clarified. At present it is being said that it is a money transaction.

Elder brother Sunil Kumar told that Rahul was the youngest in the house. On January 30, Rahul was at home, where his two friends Monu and Gurdhayan Singh came to call him. Rahul had gone with the accused at ten in the morning, after which he returned about five hours later.

He was feeling unwell. When asked, Rahul said that he was feeling dizzy. He was taken to the nearby Rajwant Hospital on Circular Road, from where the doctors referred him and got him admitted to the Civil Hospital, Nabha. Rahul died in the hospital. su

Neel told that there was an altercation with his brother after an argument regarding money transactions of the accused. Although the matter had calmed down at that time, there was still enmity between the two. They suspect that with the intention of revenge, the accused, after taking Rahul along, fed him poisonous substance, due to which he died.
