At the same time, now after 18 years, this effort seems to be successful. Due to this, many goods coming from European Union may become cheaper in India.
India-European Union FTA is being called the 'Mother of All Deals'. According to Commerce Secretary Rajesh Aggarwal, this historic agreement has been sealed, which can be formally announced today.

According to a research report by MK Global, if there is an FTA between India and the European Union, then the trade between the two countries is likely to reach $ 51 billion (Rs 4,67,925 crore) by 2031. This will also increase India's exports.
