Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. The officials of the Municipal Corporation Employees Union discussed the 11-point demand letter in front of the Municipal Corporation officials including the Municipal Commissioner on Saturday.
In this, cashless medical facility, promotion of employees, housing problem, facility of new furniture and water cooler in all zones, facility of setting up record room, ID card of employees and establishment of service center for gardeners were discussed.
Instructions to resolve employee problems
The Municipal Commissioner has given instructions to the concerned officers at all points to resolve the problems of the employees. A plan will be made by Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik to construct a multi-storey building on the corporation land for the employees. Construction of multi-storey apartments and buildings for all the permanent employees and central service officers from the Additional Municipal Commissioner on the corporation land in Gandhinagar, Madhuban Bapudham and Rajnagar Extension areas was discussed.
During this, a decision was taken to construct a building for 345 employees and 84 officers and instructions were given to prepare an action plan. On this occasion, Additional Municipal Commissioner Avnindra Kumar, City Health Officer Dr. Mithilesh, General Manager Water Kamakhya Prasad Anand, Dr. Anuj in-charge of the garden etc. were present.
