Also, the incomplete drain and road construction works in the campus should be completed on priority basis. District Magistrate Subrata Kumar Sen gave these instructions to BIADA officials in the Entrepreneur Dialogue programme. Said that a separate cell will be formed for entrepreneur dialogue. During the entrepreneur dialogue, issues related to removal of cement electric poles in industrial areas, improvement in electricity bill, pollution due to dust particles flying in the premises, problems related to ESIC registration, widening of roads, proper arrangement of parking, time bound issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for fire fighting, removal of encroachment, problem of water logging in low lying land, funds and subsidies and GST were raised prominently. North Bihar Entrepreneurs Association demanded uniformity in facility fee. The DM assured that he will be regularly present in the Entrepreneur Dialogue every week and will listen to the problems and complaints of the entrepreneurs and provide solutions. The next Entrepreneur Dialogue will be held on January 3, 2026. After this, there will be entrepreneur dialogue every Thursday.
