After a normal delivery on Tuesday morning in a hospital located on Sambhal Rahra bypass road, the newborn was sent to a nearby children's clinic where the newborn died after receiving a wrong injection. The relatives of the newborn created a ruckus alleging wrong injection. Police reached the spot and took control of the situation.
Normal delivery took place in a private hospital, complaint filed in the police station.
Arif Ahmed, a resident of Sambhal Adda, had admitted his wife Salma to Malik Nursing Home located on Sambhal Rahra bypass when she was suffering from labor pain. Where the mother gave birth to a son in a normal delivery at 8 am on Tuesday morning. After delivery, the newborn was sent to Meenakshi Child Clinic. Where the newborn died after injection. The family members created an uproar over the death of the newborn as soon as he was given the injection.
The police arrived and explained to the people who were creating ruckus.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and pacified the people who were creating ruckus. Victim Arif Ahmed has filed a complaint in the police station demanding action against the operator of Meenakshi Child Clinic.
Medical Superintendent Dr. Dhurvendra Singh reached the spot with the team and sealed the Meenakshi Child Clinic. The operator has been issued a notice and asked to show the medical related records.
