State Bureau, Patna. The state government has released the list of secretaries in-charge for the districts with the aim of making the administrative system more effective.

Under this list, senior officers have been assigned the responsibility of different districts, so that better coordination can be ensured in monitoring of development schemes, law and order and works related to public interest.

According to the released list, senior IAS officer CK Anil has been made the in-charge secretary of Gaya district, while Arvind Kumar Chaudhary has been given the responsibility of Bhojpur.

The responsibility of Samastipur has been handed over to Dr. N Vijayalakshmi and the responsibility of the capital Patna has been handed over to B. Rajender has got it. Similarly for Nawada, K. Senthil Kumar, HR Srinivas for West Champaran, Santosh Kumar Mall for Purnia and Pankaj Kumar for Rohtas have been appointed secretaries in-charge.

The responsibility of Saharsa has been given to Narmadeshwar Lal, while Secretary in-charge of Muzaffarpur will be Vinay Kumar. In other districts, Mayank Varwade has been given the responsibility of Buxar, Pratima Satish Kumar Verma in Saran, Pankaj Pal for Begusarai, Vandana Preyishi in Vaishali and Lokesh Kumar Singh has been given the responsibility of Madhubani.

Abhay Kumar Singh in East Champaran, Ajay Yadav in Katihar, Divesh Sehra in Kishanganj and Sandeep R in Banka. Pudkalkatti will be the in-charge secretary. Dharmendra Singh has got the responsibility of Madhepura.

Gopal Meena for Gopalganj, Manoj Kumar for Aurangabad, Deepak Anand for Bhagalpur, Sanjay Kumar Singh for Darbhanga, Dinesh Kumar for Jamui, Mohd. for Shivhar. Dr. Ashima Jain has been nominated for Sohail and Supaul.

Apart from this, B. in Kaimur. Kartikeya Dhanji, Pranav Kumar in Khagaria, Manoj Kumar Singh in Siwan, Seema Tripathi in Sitamarhi, Rajiv Roshan in Sheikhpura, Dr. Kaushal Kishore in Arwal have been given the responsibility.

Kanwal Tanuj in Lakhisarai, Rachna Patil in Jehanabad and in-charge secretary have also been appointed for Munger district. Fixing the responsibilities of the in-charge secretaries will speed up the implementation of schemes in the districts and administrative accountability will also be strengthened.
