Patna Murder Case: 80 Cameras Searched In Search Of Aman Shukla's Killers, No Connection With The Robbery

Jagran correspondent, Patna. Police have searched more than 80 CCTV cameras within a radius of five kilometers in search of the two shooters involved in the shooting death of bank robbery accused Aman Shukla on Monday evening near Vidyapuri Park of Patrakar Nagar police station area.

Due to darkness, shooters riding bikes were seen in the footage at many places, but the number was not clear. Along with the formation of SIT to investigate the case, DIU team, SHO Kankarbagh, Patrakar Nagar, Chitragupt Nagar are also involved. Four police teams are raiding all possible locations.

The police were initially looking for a connection of this incident with the robbery of Rs 52 lakh from a bank located in Anisabad five years ago. If police sources are to be believed, in the investigation so far, no concrete evidence of robbery and murder has been found.

With this, the police has now started investigating close relationships. Along with interrogating the close ones, the call details and chats are also being investigated.

Some people have also been detained and interrogated. At one place, it is seen in the CCTV footage that Aman was going to drop his wife and child somewhere on the bike. A suspicious person riding a bike comes speedily from behind and after overtaking, shoots at Aman and runs away.

Involved in robbery after becoming a teacher

Aman was known as Aman Sir among the students. Aman shifted from Muzaffarpur to Patna in the year 2018. He had formed such a gang with his friends, on which the police could not suspect. Everyone's profession was different. Teachers, compounders, mechanics were all part of its gang.
