Full care will be taken that the schools to be identified have sufficient teachers. Have a boundary wall. There should be playgrounds. There should also be other such necessary facilities.

This is the most ambitious plan of the education department. Apart from the Model School Scheme, its arrangements will be improved in government schools which lack boundary walls, drinking water, toilets and buildings.
A survey of government schools will be conducted to identify such schools suffering from deficiencies. This work will be done by Bihar State Infrastructure Development Corporation (BSEIDC). In this regard, instructions have been given to the Managing Director of Bihar State Infrastructure Development Corporation.
According to this, Bihar State Infrastructure Development Corporation has to survey the schools and submit a report to the Education Department as to which schools require boundary walls, drinking water, buildings etc.
