The bullet hit the door, due to which he was saved. After this he closed the door and informed the police. The accused fled after the incident. The incident was captured in CCTV. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
Anuj Nirwal, resident of Charan Singh Colony of Adarsh Mandi police station area, told that he was present in the house with his family at around 10.15 pm on Monday night. Then someone called outside the house, so he went to open the door. As soon as they opened the big iron gate halfway, someone from the people sitting in the car outside fired a bullet, which hit the gate.
On this he closed the gate. Hearing the sound of the bullet, relatives and nearby people also came. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed outside his house. He also provided the footage to the police. The police have registered an anonymous case based on the complaint. Police Station President Gyanendra Singh said that the accused are being searched on the basis of CCTV footage and vehicle number.
