Railways first changed the platform of Sitapur LTT Express. After this, wrong information was fed into the coach guidance system. When the train reached the platform, there was chaos. Chain pulling took place as soon as the train left. The train remained standing for about 25 minutes.
Train 12108 Sitapur LTT Superfast Express was to arrive on platform one of Aishbagh station on Thursday. Railways changed the platform of this train to number three. The passengers somehow reached platform number three. Here, on the coach guidance system, the location of the sleeper bogies after the general was told from the engine side.
When the train reached platform three at 10.20 pm, there were AC bogies on the engine side and sleeper bogies at the back. There was panic among the passengers due to the stoppage of only 15 minutes. Passengers started running back and forth carrying their luggage. As soon as the signal was received at exactly 10.35, when the train started leaving, chain pulling took place. If the passengers somehow sat down, the train could leave at 11 pm. Meanwhile, RPF somehow handled the situation and also helped the passengers.
