The Prime Minister wrote that the inauguration of the Rashtra Prerna Sthal is an important step towards preserving and promoting the ideals of selfless leadership and good governance and hopes that it will become a source of inspiration for the present and future generations.

On the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow to honor the life and ideals of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The Rashtra Prerna Sthal houses 65-feet tall bronze statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Rashtra Prerna Sthal also houses a state-of-the-art lotus-shaped museum showcasing India's national journey and leadership heritage

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Lucknow on December 25 on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal at around 2:30 pm and will also address a public meeting on the occasion.

Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of honoring the legacy of India's great personalities, the Rashtra Prerna Sthal has been constructed in Lucknow, where the nation will pay tribute to the life, ideals and enduring legacy of one of India's most respected statesmen, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, on his 101st birth anniversary. Atal Bihari Vajpayee's leadership had a profound impact on the country's democratic, political and developmental journey.

Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow has been developed as a historic national monument and inspirational complex of enduring national importance. Built at an estimated cost of approximately Rs 230 crore and spread over a vast area of ​​65 acres, the complex is envisioned as a permanent national asset dedicated to promoting leadership values, national service, cultural consciousness and public inspiration.

The complex houses 65 feet high bronze statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, which symbolize their significant contribution to India's political thought, nation building and public life. It also houses a state-of-the-art museum designed in a lotus-shaped structure spread over approximately 98,000 square feet. The museum showcases India's national journey and the contributions of these visionary leaders through advanced digital and immersive technology, providing an engaging and educational experience for visitors.
