Police Action On Court Orders In Cough Syrup Case, Property Worth ₹28 Crore Of Gangster Shubham Jaiswal's Father Attached

In the cough syrup case, police is getting the property of Shubham Jaiswal's father Bhola Jaiswal located in Mahmoorganj acquired.

Jagran correspondent, Varanasi. In the deadly cough syrup smuggling case worth two thousand crores, Kotwali police on Thursday, on the orders of the court, attached property worth Rs 28 crores of Bhola Prasad, father of kingpin Shubham Jaiswal and resident of Mohalla Kayasthan Prahladghat.

Drug Inspector Junab Ali had filed a case against 28 people including Shubham Jaiswal, his father Bhola Prasad on November 15. Kotwali police have included the names of more than 10 people in the investigation and have been able to put 20 people behind the bars. Executive Magistrate (Tehsildar Sadar) Sant Vijay Singh was present during the attachment action taken under Section 107 of BNS. These properties of Bhola Prasad were attached

The police team included ACP Vijay Pratap Singh, Kotwali Dayashankar Singh, Inspector Lovelesh Patel, Deepak Kumar, Dheeraj, Head Constable Vijay Kumar Yadav, Jitendra Yadav, Shivaji etc.
