'Dhurandhar' has been shot in different parts of India. Rehman dacoit's house shown in 'Liyari' is a very big mansion in Amritsar. On January 6, cinema lover Jatin Mithrani shared a video on Instagram, in which he showed 'Lal Kothi' of Amritsar in Punjab, where Rehman Dacoit Ki Haveli has been shot. While sharing this video, Jatin wrote in the caption, "Looks like Liari is not that far away."

These films were shot before 'Dhurandhar'
Deepak Yadav, caretaker of Amritsar's 'Lal Kothi', said in an interview, "Many films have been shot here, including Rishi Kapoor and Rekha's film 'Sadiyan'. Last year, Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Khanna and Ranveer Singh had come here for shooting. Sunny Deol has also come here with his son Karan Deol. This building does not belong to any one person, but has been bought by a trust."
Makers of Dhurandhar spent so much money in one day
The makers did not hesitate in spending any money to convert 'Lal Kothi' located in Punjab, India into the Liari house of Rehman dacoit. Deepak Yadav told that when this historical building is given for shooting, its daily rent is Rs 50 thousand.
On April 2, 2023, Peter Bains, who is a historian and writer by profession, while sharing the details of Lal Kothi, said that it was reportedly built in the 19th century by an industrialist in 1876.
