Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that Congress MLA from Bhander assembly constituency of Datia district, Phool Singh Bairya, has asked former Congress President and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi to apologize to the entire country on the controversial statement made about women.
