Former Congress state president and special invitee member of National Congress, Karan Singh Mahara said that in order to divert the attention of the common people from the basic issues like increasing crime against women, rape and murder, paper leak, corruption and inflation in Uttarakhand, the Dhami government is bent upon spoiling the harmony of Uttarakhand by giving up the guise of Jihad in a planned manner.
