Jagran correspondent, Sant Kabir Nagar. A female constable has alleged that her 13-year-old daughter was raped. On the complaint of the victim's mother, the Kotwali police have registered a case of rape against the accused and started investigation.
In the complaint given in the police station, the female constable said that she has been living in a rented house in Khalilabad city for the last several years with her 13-year-old daughter. Its deployment is also in this district. The lady constable's first husband has died and she has remarried. The second husband also lives with her in a rented house.
It is alleged that on December 25, the stepfather raped the minor daughter. When the woman constable reached home from duty, she told the whole story while crying. On the complaint of the female constable, the police registered a case against the accused Rajesh, a resident of Deoria district, and arrested him.

After conducting medical examination of the victim, the police presented the arrested accused in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
