During this, he has demanded to fulfill his immediate demands. During this, there was a heated argument between the executive officer, officials and members. Officials of the Retired Employees Union, upset over the problem not being resolved, reached the Municipality premises on Thursday afternoon. Union Minister Krishna Avtar Gupta and President Bhopal Singh said that the retirees have not received their arrears from January 1, 2016 to December 15, 2016. Due to which retired employees are facing problems. At the same time, the pension of employees above 80 years of age has not been increased.
In such a situation, the elderly are also facing problems in getting their treatment done. To fulfill these demands, union officials and members have come to the municipality several times and talked to the officials. But till now the problem has not been resolved except through assurances.
Gave warning of strike if solution is not found soon
He has demanded to solve the problems as soon as possible. He has warned of staging a protest in the municipality premises soon if the problem is not resolved. During this time, Jalpal Singh, Surendra Sharma, Krishna Gopal, Anil Kumar, Keshav Kumar, Vijay Pal, Anil Sharma etc. were present.
Executive Officer Sanjay Kumar Mishra said that the officials and members of the union have been called again at 10.30 am on Friday. Talks will be held with them once again. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
