RRB Group D Vacancy 2026
Job Desk, New Delhi. The dream of getting a government job in Railways for 10th pass is about to come true. A notification has been issued by the Railway Department to fill 22 thousand vacant posts in different departments under Group D. According to the notification, applications for this recruitment will be started from January 21, 2026. As soon as the application starts, candidates will be able to fill the form online by visiting the official portal rrbapply.gov.in.
10th pass will be eligible for recruitment
Let us tell you that to join Railway Group D recruitment, it will be mandatory for the candidates to have passed 10th from any recognized board. Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate should not be more than 18 years and maximum age should not be more than 36 years. However, youth coming from reserved category will be given relaxation in upper age as per rules.
Candidates applying for this recruitment will first have to participate in the Computer Based Test (CBT) exam for selection. Those candidates who will obtain the prescribed cutoff marks in this examination will be considered successful for the next stage of recruitment, Physical Efficiency Test (PET). After PET, candidates will have to participate in document verification and medical examination. The final list of candidates will be released after all the stages.

Along with the application for recruitment, General, OBC and EWS categories will have to deposit Rs 500 as application fee. Apart from this, the fee for SC/ ST PH/ EBC and female candidates of all categories is fixed at Rs 250.
