Jagran correspondent, Auraiya. 13 more teachers were given notice for not performing the duty of Booth Level Officer (BLO), bypassing the Special Intensive Review Campaign (SIR). The phone calls of the officials are not being received by him. All the teachers included in the notice issued on January 10 are from Auraiya development block. Who were assigned the works related to Sadar Auraiya Assembly Constituency.
Before this, four teachers have been suspended. 20 teachers were given a notice giving them a final warning. In such a situation, till now answers have been sought from 33 teachers. There are also Shikshamitras in it. Teachers have been put on duty in BLOs at the increased polling places in Sadar Auraiya Assembly Constituency-204. Shikshamitras have also been engaged in the work.
Block Education Officer Ajay Vikram Singh on Saturday issued a notice against Shikshamitras Rupesh, Meenu, Aarti, Lalita, Sandhya, Savita Devi and Rekha. Notices were issued in the names of assistant teachers Sangeeta, Varsha Singh, Harinarayan, Anuradha, Madhavi Tyagi and Aradhana Shukla.
On the other hand, earlier on Friday, 20 assistant teachers were given a final warning notice for not receiving BLO duty at the appointment booths under Assembly Constituency-203 Dibiyapur. Teachers included Pradeep Kumar, Ruchi Tiwari, Nutan Dixit, Ram Pratap Singh, Mamta, Shivani, Nilesh Kumar, Nandini, Kalpana, Princi, Deepti Mishra, Sujta Gautam, Ruchi Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Khushboo, Chandra Prakash, Shivam Shukla, Sandeep and Yogendra Singh.
BSA Sanjeev Kumar told that Ajay Kumar Kannaujia, the suspended assistant teacher of Upper Primary School Siryanwa of Bidhuna block, had switched off his phone on Friday after refusing to do BLO duty. Mamta Devi, assistant teacher of the former secondary school, Ajmatpur, located in Bhagyanagar block, did not receive the material of BLO from Tehsil Ajitmal. The instructions of the officers were ignored.
When notice was given on January 8, he refused to accept it also. He has been suspended and investigation has been handed over to BEO Sahar Upendra Kumar Vishwakarma. Before this, Neha, assistant teacher working in primary school Malhausi of Bidhuna block and Prabha Devi, assistant teacher of former secondary school Gadanpur of Bhagyanagar block, were suspended. All are accused of violating the election code of conduct and employee conduct rules.
