SIT Will Investigate Benami Land Deals In Himachal, CM Sukhu Said In The Assembly - Action Will Be Taken Against The Gang Related To Gagret

On Tuesday, the second day of Himachal Pradesh Assembly session, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that an SIT will be constituted and investigation into benami land deals will be done. The CM said that strict action will be taken against the gang associated with Gagret making benami land deals. Gagret MLA Rakesh Kalia had asked a question in the Assembly as to how much amount of compensation has been given to how many people for the land acquisition of Gagal Airport. Kalia said that the retired Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand is making benami deals of lands. First, benami land is being purchased around Gagret and now Gaggal Airport.

Also tried to topple the government

Kalia alleged that this retired Chief Secretary was also involved in trying to topple the government. Have brought UP culture to Himachal. An FIR of fraud of Rs 8 lakh has been registered in Gagret, strict action should be taken in this matter.

The Chief Minister said that after the SIT investigation in the entire matter, strict action will be taken, hand over the copy of the facts related to the case to me and the DGP.
