Six Roads Will Be Built In UP At A Cost Of Rs 49 Crore, People Of Two Dozen Villages Will Benefit.

Jagran correspondent, Baghpat. The Public Works Department sent a proposal of Rs 49.30 crore to the government for the widening and strengthening of six roads under the Accelerated Economic Development Scheme. With their construction, the path of thousands of villagers of 25 villages will become easier. The total length of these roads is 35.300 meters. Widening of these roads will provide convenience to people in transportation.

A proposal to increase the width of Binauli to Pura Mahadev Marg, Baghpat-Meerut National Highway to Mukari village via Lavkush Ashram from 3.75 meters to 5.50 meters, Doghat to Shiv Gauraknath Temple Bhagwanpur Nangal Marg from 3.30 meters to 3.75 meters was sent to the government.

A proposal has been sent for the construction of Nirpuda to Chittamkhedi road, Kandera bypass to Ashrafabad ground via Khadkhadi road and the Kakaur-Bachhaur Nangla link road from Chaudhary Charan Singh Library Chhaprauli. The construction of these roads will provide transportation facilities to thousands of people from more than two dozen villages. Atul Kumar, XEN, Public Works Department, said that the government is expected to approve the construction of these roads soon.
