Jagran correspondent, Barnala. A speeding bus of a private company collided with a motorcycle on the Barnala-Bajakhana road. The collision was so strong that 31-year-old motorcycle driver Kapil Yadav died. His companion was seriously injured. The bus driver fled from the spot after the incident. The police is searching for him.
Saurav Yadav, nephew of the deceased Kapil Yadav, told that on Sunday morning a speeding private bus hit his motorcycle from behind. Kapil Yadav, son of Dev Narayan Yadav, Kosakpur, Araria (Bihar), died. He also suffered serious injuries and broke his leg.
The deceased is survived by his wife, two sons aged three and six and an eight-year old daughter along with the grief-stricken parents. The injured companion is undergoing treatment at the government hospital in Barnala.
Bus stand police post incharge Gursimran Singh said that the police has taken the bus into its custody. Investigating the matter. Action is being taken on the basis of the complaint of the deceased's family. The bus driver fled from the spot after the incident. Search for him is going on
