Now some people of the Congress leader started threatening both the victimized farmers. They are being pressurized to take a decision. Both of them have met the SSP and complained about the entire matter. At the same time, about 20 people have come forward to whom plots were wrongly sold. Because they were sold plots in the land belonging to farmers Kuldeep Singh and Pawan Kumar. Now those people are also preparing to complain to the authorities.
Kuldeep Singh, resident of village Jaitpur in Bhojpur area, Pawan Kumar, resident of Kalakheda in Amroha and former state general secretary of Congress Sachin Choudhary, resident of Supertech Colony Pakbada, had purchased about 160 bighas of land on Aonla Ghat Road from a person from Delhi. Half the land was bought by Sachin Choudhary and the remaining land by Kuldeep Singh and Pawan Kumar.
After purchasing the land, Congress leader Sachin Chaudhary started plating his share of the land. Plated his share of land and sold the plots. Kuldeep Singh alleges that plots on our share of land were also sold to more than 20 people. Whenever we went to sow crops on our share of land, he would threaten us and drive us away.
On Wednesday, Pawan Kumar and Kuldeep had gone to plow the land before sowing it. As soon as Congress leader Sachin Choudhary came to know about this, he reached there with his guard Uttam Singh resident of Mongoli Shahbad Rampur. Started opposing plowing of land. Meanwhile, the accused started firing at both of them with his licensed rifle.
In this case, after registering an FIR against Sachin Choudhary and guard Uttam, the police sent both of them to jail. About 20 people reached the ground on Friday. When he checked the status of his plot, he came to know that the plot for which he had taken money was on the land of Kuldeep and Pawan Kumar.
In such a situation, now these people are also preparing to submit a complaint letter to the police. All these people are from nearby. On the other hand, Kuldeep Singh and Pawan Kumar have been receiving threats for two days. There are allegations that some Congress leaders are pressurizing for the decision. Kuldeep Singh said that we have discussed the entire matter with SSP Satpal Antil. He has asked for the names of those who threatened him. Now we will give their names to the police on Saturday.
Rifle license will be canceled, police will send report
The license of the licensed rifle with which Congress leader and guard Utshay had fired is in Utshay's name. In such a situation, the police is preparing to send a report to Rampur District Magistrate to cancel the license. Because the license of the rifle was issued from Rampur. In such a situation, the report will also be sent there.
