Jagran correspondent, Firozabad. The city residents are soon going to get a big gift. A large residential colony will be developed in village Pachwan near Sixlane Cut. For this, Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority (VIPRA) has got 12 hectares more land deeded from the farmers for the launching of the first phase.
Vipra has acquired 28.84 hectares of land in village Pachwan.
There has been a demand for developing a large residential colony in the industrial city for years. On the priority of the government, under the Chief Minister Urban Expansion Scheme, Vipra has planned to develop a large residential colony in village Pachwan near Sixlane.
Divisional Commissioner Shailendra Kumar Singh, after talking to the farmers in village Pachwan, has given instructions to get the remaining land deeded soon. A total of 28.84 hectares of land is to be acquired to develop a residential colony in the village.
More than 12 hectares of land has been deeded to the tenants.
Vipra Secretary Vinod Kumar Pandey said that 14.50 hectares of land is required for the launch of the first phase. In relation to this, the process of giving compensation has been completed along with getting the deed of 12.50 hectares of land done from the concerned farmers. More than 100 farmers are coming within the area of about two hectares of land.
Scheme will be implemented for sale of plots
Vinod Kumar Pandey said that the land belonging to gata number 1030-3 rakwa -0.461 hectare, gata number 1030-4 rakwa -0.300 hectare, gata number 1030-5 rakwa -0.254 hectare and gata number 1093 rakwa 0.2730 hectare land will soon be recovered from the farmers. The deed of sale will be done. With the deed of the remaining two hectares of land, a scheme will be implemented for the sale of plots in the colony.
