Sons Jagran, Kashipur. The SIT formed in the Sukhwant Singh suicide case was camping in Kashipur for the last few days. In which on Saturday, information has been received that the investigation of SIT has been moved from Kashipur to another direction.
SIT was preparing to record the statement of Udham Singh Nagar SSP Manikant Mishra in Kashipur on Saturday in the Sukhwant Singh suicide case. It is being told that the team was in Kashipur for the last several days. Due to bad weather on Friday, no progress could be made in the investigation. Due to which the team had to return on Friday.
At the same time, the team was going to reach Kashipur on Friday to investigate the matter and take the statement of the SSP. During this time it started raining. Due to which the entire SIT team could not reach Kashipur. Meanwhile, before this, SIT on Thursday reached the house of deceased farmer Sukhwant Singh and again took the statements of father Teja Singh and Sukhwant Singh's only son Gursahaj. Along with this, the team collected land related evidence and documents from the registry offices of Jaspur and Kashipur.
It is being told that SIT is investigating the matter with great depth. Sources reveal that the SSP's statement was to be recorded by the SIT on Saturday. But due to some reasons, the SIT has moved in another direction on Saturday with regard to the investigation. In this, other aspects are also being examined closely.
