Jagran correspondent, Sant Kabir Nagar. There was good sunshine on Tuesday for the third consecutive day. Due to this the melting became less than before. People no longer face problems in commuting like before. This had a positive impact on the markets of urban and rural areas. In the sunshine, people bought the goods they needed at the shops. Children are playing cricket on vacant lands and grounds. People were seen sitting outside houses and shops enjoying the sunshine. The maximum temperature on this day was 19.1 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 9.1 degrees Celsius. There has been some change in the weather since last Sunday. The fog is reducing considerably. On the third day i.e. Tuesday also there was good sunshine at nine in the morning. This situation lasted till around 3:30 in the afternoon. Due to absence of easterly or westerly wind, the melting was less as compared to other days. This brought a lot of relief to the people. People did not have to face problems in commuting like before.
Due to this, there was more activity in the markets and roads of urban and rural areas than before. People were seen buying vegetables and other items in the old vegetable market of Khalilabad city. Similarly, customers were found buying clothes and goods at other shops at Chandrashekhar Tiraha, Gola Bazaar, Bank Road and other places. People were found eating chaat-fulki on the roadside.

Many women were seen walking in the city with their small children in the sunshine. Even after dusk there was activity on the streets. Textile businessman Vivek Chapadia, resident of Mukhlispur Tiraha of Khalilabad city, said that if there is good sunshine like this in the future, the melting will reduce significantly. There will be increased activity in the streets and markets.
Pawan Chapadia alias Pappu, a resident of Gola Bazar of this city, said that people got a lot of relief from the cold due to good sunlight. Its good effect was visible in the market. People bought the goods they needed.
