Digital Desk. World champion D Gukesh drew his fourth consecutive game in the Tata Steel Masters chess tournament by sharing points with compatriot R Praggnanandha, while Arjun Erigesi also could not break the defense of Anish Giri.
Praggnanand's journey in this tournament has not been good so far. He had to face defeat in two games, while two games were drawn. He is at the bottom of the table along with Giri. Another Indian player, Arvind Chidambaram, suffered his first defeat at the hands of American player Hans Mocke Niemann, while Nodyrbek Abdusatorov defeated Czech Republic player Dai Van Nguyen.
Abdusatorov and Neiman are joint first with three points out of four, while Arjun Erigesi, Uzbekistan's Javokhir Sindarov and Netherlands' Jordin van Forst are right behind them. Sindarov defeated Germany's Matthias Blubaum.
