A youth riding a bike died after being hit by an unknown vehicle coming from the front due to fog on the under-construction Ring Road near village Aurangabad in Bhawanpur police station area. The youth was posted as a technician in Dev Priya Paper Mill located on Mawana Road. After the accident, the accused driver fled with the vehicle. The police sent the body to the mortuary and started searching for the vehicle.

According to the villagers, Vinay was wearing a helmet. Police reached the spot and identified Vinay and informed his relatives about the incident. As soon as the information was received, Vinay's father Kishanpal and wife Rekha reached the hospital crying. After this the police sent the body to the mortuary.
Vinay's father runs a nursery school in the village. Vinay has two sons, Kavyansh and Rudransh. Police station in-charge Jogendra Kumar says that an anonymous case has been registered on the complaint of the deceased's father. The vehicle and the accused driver are being searched. He will be traced soon.
