Communication partner, Katihar. Tell me, Chief Minister, what is this? No doctor, machine broken, no medicine over the counter, what is happening. The poor are being referred. This is his date coming out of the body hospital. A relative of Sumit Singh was expressing his anger in the form of a plea loudly in Sadar Hospital.

Actually Sumit Singh used to bring his wife for treatment. His wife had put poisonous substance in mango into her mouth. The wife was undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the relatives started creating ruckus by accusing negligence on medical facilities and arrangements. The commotion calmed down after the police arrived. The incident happened on Wednesday evening.

Sumit Singh, a resident of Budheli village of Pranpur, said that the poisonous substance put in the mango tree accidentally entered his wife's mouth, due to which severe burning sensation and restlessness started in the throat. When his condition worsened, he hurriedly reached Sadar Hospital with his wife.

The nurses present in the emergency room of the hospital reportedly told that the necessary medicine given for the treatment of poisoning is not available in the hospital and the medicine available has expired.

After this, the patient's relatives were advised to buy the medicine from outside. The medicine was bought from an outside medical store, but after giving one dose of the medicine, no other medical facility was provided.
