Digital Desk, Bhopal. Police have made a sensational revelation in the case of the dead body of a girl found in a box in Nishatpura area of the capital. The girl was murdered by her live-in partner over a money dispute. After the murder, the body was kept hidden in the house for a day and then packed in a box and thrown into a water tank located about 200 meters away from the house.
The police have arrested the main accused along with his mother, brother and sister in this case.
According to Nishatpura police station, the deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Misbah, resident of Gondia. He was introduced to 22-year-old Sameer, resident of Kamal Nagar, Bhopal, through a dating app on internet media.
Sameer drives a loading auto and has been married twice before. Both his wives are living separately from him. At the same time, Misbah was also living separately from her husband and had come to Bhopal in the last week of October last year on the invitation of Sameer. Initially, Sameer kept her in a hotel and later brought her to his house, where both of them started living in a live-in relationship.
Blackmailing allegations, murder by strangulation
According to the police, after some time the dispute between the two started increasing. Accused Sameer claims that Misbah was demanding money and blackmailing him for leaving him. On the intervening night of February 7-8, the dispute escalated to such an extent that Sameer allegedly strangled her to death.

After the murder, he informed his mother Shehnaz B, sister Saima and brother Sahil. The next day, on the night of February 8-9, everyone together sealed the body in a box and threw it in an open water tank about 200 meters away from the house.
After the body was found in a box in the tank, the police conducted a thorough investigation in the surrounding area. It was learned from the local people that a young woman was seen with Sameer some time ago. On the basis of suspicion, Sameer was taken into custody and strictly interrogated, in which he confessed to his crime. After this other accused were also arrested.
At present, the police have started further action by presenting all the accused in the court.
