The owner of the vehicle, which was seized on the Bahrama four-lane road, abused and pushed the watchman and fled from the spot. In this matter, a case has been registered in the police station on the statement of the watchman. Police have identified the vehicle owner and started investigating the matter.
The vehicle was confiscated after the accident
According to the police, on January 23, a four-wheeler had hit two bikes hard on the Bahrama four lane. Four people riding the bike were seriously injured in this accident. All the injured were admitted to the sub-divisional hospital, from where two were referred for better treatment.
The watchman was keeping watch
The four-wheeler involved was confiscated after the accident. An order letter was issued to watchman Raju Paswan to monitor and maintain the seized vehicle. According to the watchman, he was monitoring the vehicle.
The accused arrived after two days, absconded with the vehicle
On the evening of 25 January, vehicle owner Akash reached the spot with his two companions. It is alleged that he abused the watchman, pushed him and ran away with the seized vehicle. Even when the watchman protested, the accused did not agree. The watchman has registered a case in the police station in this regard.
The injured youth also filed a case
Subodh Kumar Sunny, a resident of Bhikhonchak village of Belchhi police station area, who was injured in the same accident, has also filed a case against the driver accusing him of speeding and careless driving. He told that four people were going to the Tilak ceremony riding on two bikes, when they were hit by a speeding four-wheeler.
Treatment continues, police engaged in investigation
Two of the injured are currently undergoing treatment in a private clinic in Bihar Sharif. Police said that all the cases are being investigated and legal action will be taken against the accused.
